Space Requirements

8’ x 8’ (minimum area required)

Power Requirements

Standard electrical outlet (110v) that is within 20 feet of where the photo booth will be located.

Location Requirements

A flat, level surface is needed. Indoor is preferred, but the mirror can be outside as long as it is under
cover from the elements, weather conditions are dry, and temperatures are mild.

Internet Requirements

Access to a stable wireless internet connection is required for instant sharing features to be available. However, if none is available, photo sharing will be initiated after the event.

Booking Details

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to book Mystic Mirror, along with your confirmed event date and time.

Final Payment

The balance of your order will be due 15 days before your booking date.

Customizations

We will begin working with you on customized items (e.g., photo overlays, custom welcome screen, background choice, props, etc.) 60 days out from your booking date (or sooner if necessary); revision and change requests will be limited and noted on your proof review documents. Final approval for all booking details (e.g., booth location at venue, custom items, etc.) will need to be finalized by 4 weeks from the booking date.

Background

You may choose one of our many available backgrounds as part of your booking package. However, should you prefer a different look, a background is not required. You also are welcome to supply your own background (e.g., balloons, florals, couch, step and repeat, etc.).
